Slips, so you don't flash your lovely undergarments when your dress gets caught by the breeze, to lengthen a short-ish skirt or to hold you in, and up.
Place(s) to hit - Myer & Live Clothing - I have a lovely satin and lace slip from Myer, it cost me about $30, I can't quite remember any more. It's really feminine and lovely, I love putting it on and just looking at it. One of those things that makes you feel a million dollars. Every girl should have one of these. I bought a 12, and it's rather big, so I just twist the straps around my bra straps so it sits in the right spot.

The other slip (only discovered on Thursday, not yet purchased), is a TIGHT one. You know the American Apparel one that all the US girls are wearing usually with a blazer over the top? It's a lot like that, but it's made by Blank Canvas Apparel (like the tank tops). They're $33, again from Live Clothing. I can't wear it by itself, but it's a great *hold me in and up* dress. Best left to skinny minnies to wear as dresses, and to make the rest of us look and feel great by having it under something else. (Beats spending $60 on the REALLY tight ones that make you feel claustrophobic)
Have I missed anything?
