I Found My Replacement

After a morning in, Mother Dearest said she was leaving in 15 minutes to go to our favourite boutique. It sells second hand clothes, shoes, accessories. Things that are too good to throw away. It's the little place from this post, and we were almost as lucky this time around.

No shoes for us, even though there were some AWESOME orange ones which I forgot to take a photo of. We did pick up two jackets though, one red (my new favourite) and one brown. Perfect for those cooler evening we're having as we make our way into Spring.

I was rather proud of my outfit for Saturday, very basic, comfortable. My hair was just pinned back, it dried in a ponytail because I was too lazy to do anything with it the day before. I managed to hide that horrid ridge in amongst all the pins.

I'll stop blabbering on...here is my outfit.

The outfit...and with my new jacket...just a little bit cute don't you think?

My Nonna said laugh...so I did.

Don't you love the seat in the background? It has a lot of history, my Nonno used to use it as the 'safety' when he was drilling holes in stuff (he was such a clever guy, pretty much everything in his back yard is made by him), you can't see the holes in the picture, but there's heaps, but they're all in one spot. My cousin painted it in the Italian colours only recently, I love it. I can't wait to use it in the Summer, hot afternoons with cold short blacks, waffles (the Italian kind... that you simply must try) and family.
