She was loved. She was due to be engaged. She was so abundantly talented. Her life was cut short. I am so sad the world has lost her, she would have written something amazing. Dear You,

This is it. Are you scared? I am. Really, really scared. I never imagined life to be like this, to turn out like this. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad it has. It's still scary though.

I don't imagine you're scared of all this. You've done it all before - this foreverandevertildeathwepart thing. Granted, it didn't work, but you still had to wrap your mind around the idea that there was only going to be one person in your bed next to you for the rest of your life. I can't help but wonder what makes me better than her. What if I break your heart too? We get along very well now, but we haven't even been in this thing for a year yet. Forget the fact that we were friends forever. That's different. That's not this. Us.

I think all I have to do is breathe. Keep breathing. Just inandout. It's not that hard, right?
