This Isn't a Fashion Blog

I swear it's not, but my growing addiction to fashion blogs needs to have an outlet otherwise I am going to be oh so completely broke!!! So here are a couple of outfits I have worn recently.

The first combination was for work. I can't stand the mundane, black pants and shirt look, so I tried something different. It kinda worked...it kinda didn't. I ended up having a charcoal cardi over the top which toned it down a bit. I realised, when it comes to tights, you get what you pay for. Spend the money!

Sorry, enough talking, I'll just post the pictures.

Oh, also proof of the braid! *smiles* Such a feminine and classic way to dress up an old hair style.

Ok...yawn. Work. Got to make it a little exciting don't we? I'm trying...some people say I'm very trying, but that's a whole other story.

ANYWAY. I have a friends 21st birthday in a couple of weeks, it's to be held out in woop-woop (which is Aussie slang for AGES away), now the dress code is sparkly, or silver. That leaves me with about.... --> |-| <-- this much option! (That's not an H, it's a really small space between two lines) So out to the shops it is for me. I can't stand specific shopping because I usually don't find anything, or the dress code, is something I would never wear again. I don't feel I should buy an outfit, as well as a present, as well as travel just for a birthday of someone who I haven't seen since their last birthday... Just not my cup of tea. Sorry, you don't need the explanation. You need the pictures. $22.50 bargain at the stocktake sales! I have matching tights, and I found small silver/black shoes to match for $20. I'll wear the top again, the shoes are supposed to be trashed as the party is to be held on an acreage. PHOTOS! (Geez Exception....get on with it!)

It's a bit of a sack dress, and it was hard to get a full length shot. I have another outfit that I was going to post about, but I think I'll leave that 'til tomorrow.

Well, it IS tomorrow (12.49am)...so later on today then perhaps?

I'm going to be op-shopping in one of our *posh* suburbs later on...fun times!

Love.

- exception.
