Sometimes, it's extremely beneficial to do the following.
Deep breath in.
Breathe out slowly.
Write a letter saying Fuck You to someone who hurt you.

(Or just say it/scream it out loud.)
Decide whether to send it or not.
Tell your heart that is the last of it.
Repeat it until your heart understands.
Deep breath in.
Breathe out slowly.
Move on.
Decide whether to send it or not.
Tell your heart that is the last of it.
Repeat it until your heart understands.
Deep breath in.
Breathe out slowly.
Move on.

Yes. I'm writing from a bitch of an experience. But now? I'm ok. =)

I wrote letters to "him" as well. Obviously he never got them, but I felt better for a couple minutes afterwards.
Hope your hanging in there.

Aw, I'm glad you're ok!
Reading this made me think about how I get over bad days.
I've written letters to people I miss,
but I never usually send them.
I know I should, though.
And I do little conversations in my head, between myself and the person who hurts me the most.
(that makes me sound quite crazy!)
Screaming in a pillow,
or hugging it out makes me feel a whole lot better :)
All my love,
and I hope things are getting better,
xx
I did something the other day that has left me feeling SO MUCH BETTER!
I cried. For two hours. I cried.
I totally agree with Sara... Crying does make you feel better.
Glad to hear you're ok! :-)

the guys hair in the picture made me giggle!
also glad you're feeling better!
athena: I made up conversations in my head as well, and he would be the one hurt and not me.
I dont think this is really a good idea but people can have different opinions :D
