Friday night / Saturday Morning

*Warning* This is a photo heavy post! */warning*

My cousin is getting married in March 09, and I'm helping out with a few bits and pieces. Last weekend we went down south and organised hair, make up, flowers and ceremony details.

My cousin D, her bridesmaid K, and I all trekked down on Friday afternoon, and spent the entire weekend, just doing girly things. It wasn't the greatest start, weather-wise, but it was all up hill from there!

Friday

Customary pit stop before we get on our way, pick up chips, lollies...and water. Just to keep the balance.

The wardrobe. I had to share!

Our little kitchen! How cute is it?

K.
She told me not to make her pose.
But that was after I took this photo!
Ok, well I may have exaggerated earlier. Our first night at Chandlers in Yallingup was a bit drizzly, so we drove up to Dunsborough and got some really good vegetarian pizza. This coming from a dedicated carnivore! It was delicious.

We teamed it with Kalimocho...red wine mixed with coke. It's tastes better than it sounds. Great combination for a night in.

Saturday

A walk along Smiths Beach is the perfect way to wake up.
Follow that up with casual drive through glorious bushland and settle yourself in amongst the trees and wildlife at the Berry Farm.

But what is a morning in the country with friends without Tea & Scones?

And a coffee?
More to come later today :)

P.S. Happy halloween! What did you decide to wear?

I thought Halloween wasn't a big thing in Australia? I must've thought wrong.

When and where are you going to Europe? Sounds fun. Backpacking?
